Privacy
Draft for review. Have this checked against the laws that apply where the operating company is based before launch.
What we collect
- "I'm waiting" taps, reports and suggestions. To stop duplicate votes and abuse we store a one-way hash made from your IP address, your browser's user-agent and a secret key. We never store your IP address itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into it.
- Reminder emails. If you ask for a reminder we store your email address, the title, and whether you confirmed. We use it only to send the reminders you asked for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Optional contact email on reports and suggestions, used only to ask you about that submission.
- Your browser remembers which titles you tapped "I'm waiting" on (in local storage, on your device only).
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Trailers load from YouTube only after you press play.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare. Reminder emails are sent through our email provider. Forms, the "I'm waiting" button and the editor login are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start using one of them, not while you read pages, and Cloudflare uses it to tell people from automated traffic.
Your choices
To delete your reminder subscriptions or ask what we hold about you, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us through the correction form on any page.
